Job Description and Responsibilities:    

This professional will join Blackstone Real Estates Portfolio Management team in London. The Portfolio Management team serves as a central source of portfolio insights and reporting across Blackstone Real Estates European business, synthesizing information across sectors, strategies, and markets to support senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Associate will work at the intersection of analytics and communication, supporting the creation of portfolio insights, reporting, and messaging across Blackstone Real Estates European platform. The role requires the ability to manage recurring deliverables while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, develop new analyses, and support broader business initiatives.

The Associate will collaborate closely with teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, including Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, and portfolio companies, to ensure reporting and materials reflect the latest information and perspectives.

The main areas of responsibility for the role include:

  • Insights & Analytics: Track and analyze portfolio performance, activity, and positioning across sectors and strategies; source and synthesize data from real estate markets, macroeconomic trends, capital markets, and current events to support internal and external stakeholders

  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare recurring and ad hoc materials, including investor communications, portfolio analyses, briefing documents, presentations, and reporting packages that distill portfolio themes, sector trends, and market developments

  • Messaging & Narratives: Support the development of centralized talking points, briefing notes, and market updates that communicate portfolio performance, investment themes, and market developments to a variety of audiences

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, Finance, Investor Relations, Public Affairs, portfolio companies, and regional Portfolio Management teams to ensure materials reflect the latest information and perspectives

  • Special Projects & Process Improvement: Support strategic initiatives related to portfolio analysis, reporting enhancements, market research, and broader business priorities; proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new workstreams as business needs evolve

Qualifications:
