Responsibilities: Act as a key team member in the end-to-end product development process for investment-oriented insurance products to meet business objectives Prepare, review, and maintain product documentation and materials to support product development, approval, and implementation in compliance with product governance standards Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the team Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support timely and smooth product launches and related initiatives Support product design discussions and assist in the development of product features and sales campaigns Provide ongoing support for product maintenance, including responding to product-related queries and assisting in post-launch activities Assist in handling special quotation requests to meet customized business needs Qualifications: University graduate in discipline such as marketing, business, statistics or actuarial Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience Good business acumen and marketing sense A good team player and be able to work independently Innovative, with good presentation skills and attentive to details Interest in performing research and be able to synopsize management information Good command of both written and spoken English, written Chinese, and spoken Cantonese About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
