What youll be doing: Are you eager to contribute to risk management in a global and regulated environment? AXA Partners is seeking a Risk and Internal Control Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities : Conduct second-line testing of internal controls to ensure they are effective and compliant with group standards. Support the documentation, communication, and follow-up of test results with relevant stakeholders. Assist with the annual assessment of operational risks and promote escalation procedures. Identify, investigate, and report operational incidents, tracking their resolution and corrective actions. Maintain and monitor internal control actions and the issue log, escalating deadlines as needed. Regularly prepare reports on control effectiveness for senior management. Train first-line control owners in the use of SCALA, the internal control reporting system. Manage the daily administration of SCALA, including user management, data quality, and troubleshooting. Contribute to system improvements and support the global internal control community. What youll bring: Bachelors degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, risk management or a related field. Up to 2 or 3 years of experience, ideally in control, audit, or risk management roles within insurance, assistance, or financial services. Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel (essential); familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and professional. Fluency in English; French language skills are desirable.
