Job overview: Were looking for a dynamic Product Owner to lead the development and transition of our Distinctive AXA Rating Ecosystem (DARE). This critical role supports our Pricing Transformation, empowering our pricing teams to compete effectively in the market. Youll be at the forefront of delivering innovative rating model hosting and deployment solutions, collaborating across technical and business teams to drive value and excellence. Key responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Ensure the product delivers maximum value and a seamless user experience. Lead system improvements, consolidations, and support activities to enhance capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery. Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on evolving business needs. Establish clear acceptance criteria and approve deliverables to meet requirements. Guarantee high-quality releases that deliver reliable features and functionalities. Drive continuous improvement, data quality, and compliance across the product lifecycle. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Experience in Product Ownership/Management within digital, tech-enabled insurance or financial services. Strong background in data ingestion, integration, APIs and data governance. Proven record of delivering end-to-end digital products in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), SQL/NoSQL and data lakes/warehouses. Effective stakeholder management, balancing business, technical and partner needs. Deep understanding of rating, pricing, and rule-based logic within insurance or financial domains. Expertise in data quality, privacy, compliance and vendor contract management.
