Job overview: It's an exciting time in our Pricing and Analytics department here at AXA UK. Our transformation programme is underway, aligned to AXA Retail's new Pricing and Analytics strategy. We're investing in growing our department in size and capability, across our IT systems, analytical toolset and learning and development. Were looking for several Principal Pricing Analysts to lead and support innovative pricing projects that enhance customer value and satisfaction, strategically optimise risk and drive increased profitability. You will play a key role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance competitive positioning with sustainable business growth, ensuring we deliver value to our customers while achieving our financial targets. Key responsibilities: Develop rate proposals that support and optimise retail performance, through analysis of mix, demand, and loss ratio trends. Ensure rate changes are approved, accurately implemented, and deliver the intended value. Conduct competitor and market activity analysis to inform pricing strategies. Build and review risk and demand models. Support the development of new deals, offers and product testing initiatives. Working closely with ML Operations to build and implement new tooling across Pricing. Ensure the customer is at the heart of all pricing decisions, ensuring fair value is delivered, with a strong focus on the impact on existing customers. Data reconciliation, ensuring thorough process documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, peers, and stakeholders. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
