Apprentice, Underwriting Services Operations (UWSO) Gurgaon, Haryana, India What youll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the UWSO team. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, trackers, and business documents using Microsoft Office applications. Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and support follow-up activities. Support the planning and execution of team events, town halls, learning sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with data collection, record maintenance, and documentation management. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for operational and logistics requirements. Maintain departmental files, records, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Support procurement activities, invoice tracking, and other routine operational tasks. Follow established processes and procedures and escalate issues when required. You will report to Deputy Manager of Underwriting Services Operations. What you will BRING Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree (completed or awaiting final results) in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Robust organizational skills with attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a corporate environment.
