We help our various business partners deliver tailored insurance and assistance solutions to end consumers. We are seeking a talented and experienced GLOBAL HEAD OF TELCO & UTILITTIES. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for bridges the gap between a business client (B2B) and the end-consumer (B2C) to drive growth, requiring a mix of strategic planning, partnership management, and consumer insights. They are responsible for driving sales not just to the partner, but through the partner to the end user taking into consideration consumer product offerings, digital solutions like B2B2C orchestration platforms, and an innovative mindset for filling them. This person should be supporting to develop and execute long-term strategic plans for key partners and sectors ( Telcos, Utilities, ) that align with both companies goals. Exceeding Sales Targets: Driving revenue through strategic partnership management. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating agreements and renewals to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Track KPIs, manage volume forecasts, and create regular reports on account progress, revenue, and ROI for senior management. Market Intelligence: Conducting market research to understand consumer needs and identify market trends to enhance competitiveness. Proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product or solution from conception to release. Oriented to Customer-Centric Solution Customization: Work with internal product, marketing, IT and legal teams to tailor products, services, and marketing strategies to the specific needs of the partner and their end-consumers. What youll bring: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Previous experience as GLOBAL HEAD OF TELCO & UTILITTIES oriented to Telcos/ Utilities sector and digital b2b2c e-commerce or platform solutions (3-5years) Proven success as a GLOBAL HEAD OF TELCO & UTILITTIES in a non-managerial role In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. Strategic Thinking: Ability to design, not just execute, partnership plans. Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills to lead negotiations and act as a liaison. Industry Expertise: A thorough understanding of the specific industry and B2B sectors ( Telcos, Utilities) platforms & SaaS services. Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement. Fluent English as it will be the main working language.
