Within this Department, you will be part of the team Learning Operations and Learning Engagement. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis Opportunity is a Short-Term Contract (CDD) : 5 months or more. 1- Financial Controlling Monitor the overall Learning budget in coordination with project managers and provide regular updates Monitor procurement processes (contract signature, contract tracker repository, purchase orders etc..) Prepare AXA University invoicing for AXA entities (digital Learning offers, learning seminars etc..) Coordinate with accountants to collect AXA SA subsidies as well as entity payments and get the providers paid on due time 2 - Data and Insights In close coordination with HRIS team define actions to improve data quality in learning systems Collect and analyze data to support decision-making Create appropriate dashboards and presentations to communicate data and insights to various stakeholders In coordination with the strategic planner, contribute transversally to the financial and non-financial publications that include learning data (AXA Group Annual Report, the AXA Corporate Sustainability Assessment and the corporate annual report for AXA Universit). 3 - Operations and Process Management Coordinate activities of the support team from AXA Business Services India (prioritization of activities, quality monitoring) Define and enhance processes and operating models of Group Learning in a continuous manner, promoting operational excellence YOUR PROFILE Technical and professional skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Management. Data analysis and data visualization Budget management and monitoring Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Business French & English proficiency Mastering Excel, PowerBI, is a prerequisite. Soft skills and competencies: Strong organizational abilities. Result and customer orientation Collaborative mindset Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
