Job Description: Drive strategic recruitment and development initiatives for life insurance agents Serve as a bridge between data and strategic decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights to support executive decisions. Analyze recruitment data across online, offline, and campaign channels to enhance recruitment efficiency. Develop tools and systems to support recruitment operations Design and develop digital tools such as online recruitment platforms, candidate tracking systems, and automated screening tools. Collaborate with IT/BI teams to build analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau or CRM aligned with recruitment strategies. Analyze and develop forecasting models Create predictive models to estimate future candidate volume and quality. Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop differentiated and effective recruitment strategies that yield high-quality agents. Develop and present strategic reports Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports and dashboards. Generate insights that lead to the initiation of Quality Recruitment projects aimed at elevating agent standards. Promote a data-driven decision-making culture Work collaboratively with Agency Development, Training, Marketing, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely data sharing. Provide guidance and training to teams on effective use of data and analytical tools. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistic, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in team management support sales agents Demonstrated experience in leveraging data analytics to identify gaps, provide actionable recommendations, and deliver strategic solutions that support decision-making at the management level Design and enhance data collection and management processes to ensure accuracy, standardization, and usability Strong understanding of recruitment strategy and ability to conduct market and competitor analysis to develop differentiated approaches Capable of designing and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPI dashboards; presenting insights clearly to stakeholders Excellent interpersonal skills, including a strong ability to build consensus and efficiently and effectively guide individuals at all levels of the organization through established or new processes Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills, including ability to present recommendations and highlight key points in a succinct manner to executive management based on sound quantitative and qualitative analysis Have own car and flexible to work in up country About Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, created from a solid co-investment partnership between Krungthai Bank PCL. and the AXA Group, global financial protection and asset-management specialists.
