Responsibilities: Manage a team of 34 actuarial professionals, overseeing workflow planning and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards Lead the delivery of new business KPI reporting and forecasting, including NB CSM, NBV, strain, payback and IRR. Analyze new business results across multiple dimensions (e.g. line of business, distribution channel), providing business insights on key drivers of movements Communicate complex actuarial findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences Proactively monitor and manage the impact of market and business movements on NB KPIs Lead or contribute to ad-hoc and project-based analysis on NB KPI implications arising from business initiatives Support manager in financial optimization initiatives Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy Qualifications: Degree holder in Actuarial Science or related discipline At least 4 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in financial reporting area Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, able to work under pressure Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form Capability of leading a team of 3-4 people About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
