Within this division, the Identity Global Products department manages the entire lifecycle of digital identity for the various types of AXA users. Mission Description Reporting to the Project Management Lead, your main missions will be to: Assist the Project Management Lead in monitoring the deployments of LISA (the Groups Identity Governance & Administration tool) within the Group entities. Contribute to the monitoring of the project portfolio, ensuring the coherence and progress of the various initiatives, and collaborating with project managers to identify, formalize, and track dependencies. Organize and lead regular follow-up meetings to ensure project progress and adjust planning if necessary. Develop and maintain performance indicators (KPIs) to report on progress and results. Participate in steering committees and project reviews, ensuring rigorous follow-up. Structure and maintain project documentation within knowledge bases (version management, guides, lessons learned). Support the implementation of continuous improvements in project management processes, notably through the organization of dedicated workshops. You will develop: Concrete experience in project management within a large international group, working on innovative initiatives with high technological and organizational impact. A global perspective on cybersecurity and digital identity issues. Ability to navigate complex and matrix organizations, collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in several countries. Progressive mastery of PMO tools and methodologies, used in a demanding and international professional context. Your ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at various hierarchical levels. YOUR PROFILE Education: Bac +4 to +5 from a Business School, Engineering School, or University, specializing in Project Management or a related field.
