Responsibilities: Lead a team to manage the participating portfolio Work on the regular production of participating fund valuation and dividend recommendation, manage and ensure the capital adequacy of participating fund Provide expert support and detailed analyses to help and manage both internal and external stakeholders in different aspects of the participating fund management, including but not limited to operations, new product design, strategic asset allocation review, financial reporting of participating business Ensure proper governance and compliance with regulations, guidelines and internal processes Identify and implement process improvement Maintain proper documentation of data, methodology and processes. Supervise and develop junior staff. Qualifications: University graduate in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines 6 or more years of experience in life insurance industry Strong problem solving and communication skills Able to work independently as well as a good team player Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form Prior experience in valuation and use of Prophet is an advantage About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
