The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Brisbane office on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Team Executive, you are responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Lawyers and Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks.

In this role you will work closely with the Hub/Practice Executive Team Lead to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Hub, and provide additional support to the Team Assistants. You will monitor requests that come through and act as a first point of escalation within the Hub team.

Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.
