The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Rates and Client Commitments Analyst (internal title) to join our Business Service Central (BSC) team, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a collaborative role working across two teams, responsible for managing the end-to-end process of extracting, reviewing, and maintaining rate card information, with client commitments as core focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the co-ordination, upload, categorisation, extraction and reporting of overarching client commitments for the firm onto Intapp Terms (repository site) and uploading the rates information onto the rates system. The role ensures that commercial terms, rates management and secondment commitments are accurately captured, validated, and made available across the firm's systems and platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or missing information.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience in a legal or professional services finance environment, with familiarity with panel arrangements and rate structures.
  • Proficiency in Elite 3E (legal billing system) or similar practice management and billing systems.
  • Familiarity with Intapp Terms or similar commitment management platforms.
