The Opportunity We have a great opportunity for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our global team in Brisbane. You will be a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in HR service delivery, operations and process improvement ideally gained within a complex, large scale environment. In this role you will lead, coach and inspire a team of service professionals and drive operational excellence across HR service delivery. - Deep knowledge of Australian HR legislation, HR practices and policy development

- Experience driving HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across a People & Culture function
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making
