The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced People Operations Manager to join our global team in Brisbane. You will be a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in HR service delivery, operations and process improvement ideally gained within a complex, large scale environment. In this role you will lead, coach and inspire a team of service professionals and drive operational excellence across HR service delivery.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven leadership experience in HR Operations or a shared services environment with a track record of building and developing high performing teams
  • Deep knowledge of Australian HR legislation, HR practices and policy development
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels including senior leadership
  • Experience driving HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across a People & Culture function
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision making
