The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Client Commitments Analyst (internal title) to join our Risk & Compliance - Client Commitments team, on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a collaborative role working across two teams, responsible for managing the end-to-end process of extracting, reviewing, and maintaining rate card information, with client commitments as core focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the co-ordination, upload, categorisation, extraction and reporting of overarching client commitments for the firm onto Intapp Terms (repository site) and to specialist teams within the firm. The role ensures that commercial terms, rates management and secondment commitments are accurately captured, maintained and communicated to key stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or missing information.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

It would be advantageous if you also have:

  • Experience working within in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with Intapp Terms or similar commitment management platforms.
  • Understanding of commercial terms, rate arrangements or client engagement processes.
