About the role:

Adyen is looking for a marketing leader with a strong track record in B2B marketing to lead Revenue Marketing in Spain & Portugal. This role reports to the Head of Marketing France, Spain and Portugal and manages a team of two marketing professionals across events and digital marketing.

As Team Lead Revenue Marketing Spain & Portugal, you will be responsible for driving Adyens regional revenue marketing strategy to support commercial growth and pipeline generation in the Spanish & Portuguese markets. You will work closely with marketing leadership and the local commercial teams to develop impactful programs that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects.

The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you thrive in building high-performing teams while scaling best practices across multiple markets. Proven experience managing and delivering projects directly, alongside coaching and developing a talented team, is essential for success in this role.

What youll do:

  • Lead the Revenue Marketing function in Spain & Portugal, driving data-centric strategies to optimize pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
  • Manage and coach a team of 2 marketing professionals (covering events and digital channels), while running the Demand Generation strategy and campaigns coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with the ES & PT commercial leadership to align marketing programs and campaigns with revenue priorities and pipeline targets.
  • Build strong collaboration GTM teams (BDR, Sales, AMs and partnership to support strategic accounts and high-value opportunities).
  • Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing programs across channels (events, digital campaigns, partnerships, direct mailers...) to generate, accelerate and capture demand.
  • Drive marketing performance through clear KPIs, ensuring strong ROI and measurable pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing France, Spain and Portugal to translate global & regional strategy into impactful local execution.
  • Ensure alignment with global marketing best practices while adapting strategies to the specific dynamics of the ES & PT market. Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to share insights, surface challenges, and scale successful initiatives.

Your background:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, fintech or payments.
  • Strong experience across demand generation and demand capture, events, and digital marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to translate commercial priorities into impactful marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating closely with commercial teams, especially BDRs and Sales.
  • Combining creative thinking with strong prioritization skills to identify and execute high-impact tactics is a core requirement
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, while executing own projects
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance measurement, ROI and continuous optimization.
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
