From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you'll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

The Work:

As a Workday Consultant, your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
  • Participate in workshops for client education
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
  • Support the team in architecting Workday solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
  • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
  • This role requires to be onsite in local office 3 days per week. Primary location is Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN.
