You Are:
An experienced UKG Payroll Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Technology & Operations (T&O) UKG business. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.
The Work:
As a UKG Payroll Lead, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to help clients fully realize the value of their workforce management investment. You will play a key role in guiding payroll operations, improving processes, and ensuring governance and compliance across client environments.
Your responsibilities will include
Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
