The Tolling Industry Senior Manager is an experienced leader in delivering complex, programmatic, and organizational transformation for tolling agencies, transportation authorities, and related public sector entities. The Senior Manager drives industry-specific, functional, and digital operating model transformation across the full tolling ecosystemspanning back office modernization, customer service redesign, and roadside systems integration. Beyond delivery, the Senior Manager actively contributes to identifying, qualifying, and shaping new client opportunities, and plays a visible role in developing the tolling practice by bringing deep domain expertise, innovative thinking, and collaborative leadership to every engagement.
