Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

As an SAP Basis Senior Manager on SAP transformation projects, you will:

• Define and own the end-to-end SAP platform strategy across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs spanning S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield conversion, BTP/cloud extension, and AMS steady state ensuring architectural coherence from design through hypercare and handover.

• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions including system consolidation, multi-tier HA/DR topology, SAP RISE vs. private cloud vs. hybrid positioning, Azure infrastructure right-sizing (Mv3), and network/security perimeter design.

• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks establishing Basis delivery methodology, tooling standards (Solution Manager, Focused Run, CCMS), transport governance policy, and incident/change management operating models across programs and accounts.

• Own the commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope on platform roadmaps, change order scoping, SLA negotiation, and continuous service improvement.

• Represent the platform perspective in program governance participating in steering committees, executive status reviews, and risk/issue forums; translating platform complexity into strategic clarity for senior client and internal leadership.
