Full Job Description
THE WORK:
- Youll manage project controls, cost and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project close-out.
- You'll assume role on projects as the clients advisor and project manager. Function as an extension of client staff.
- You'll document and track relevant information and project statuses. Prepare reportsincluding risk and construction progressand enforce QA/QC.
- You'll manage both the project budget and schedule to meet the qualitative standards.
- You'll review contractors construction schedules and provide feedback to help ensure timely completion of the work.
- You'll manage and coordinates project team and contractors in communicating directives and ensuring the project scope is built according to plans, specifications, and cost limits.
- You'll anticipate and resolve conflicts across design, construction, operations, safety, and commissioning while liaising with key airport divisions.
- You'll oversee shop drawing reviews, mockups, acceptance tests, and participate in testing, commissioning, and punch list closeout.
- You'll review design team responses to requests for clarification from contractors to ensure Owner views are represented.
- You'll negotiate with contractors to achieve a fair and reasonable cost for change orders and reviews their impact on the project.
- You'll review applications for payment and perform fiscal management of project resources.
- You'll coordinate with airport stakeholders to meet administrative, operational, technical, engineering, and closeout objectives.
- You'll lead project meetings.
- You'll perform other construction management functions as assigned.
- You'll work onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
