THE WORK:
       Youll lead the scheduling and coordination of complex product movements across pipelines, rail, terminals, storage locations, refineries, and limited truck transportation. 
       Youll manage high-value or operationally sensitive scheduling portfolios involving multiple products, locations, contracts, and transportation constraints. 
       Youll review supply plans, inventory positions, transportation capacity, refinery requirements, and commercial commitments to identify execution risks.
        Ensure transportation nominations, confirmations, changes, and related communications are completed within required operating windows. 
       Youll advise traders and supply optimizers on transportation feasibility, inventory limitations, timing considerations, and operational alternatives. 
       Youll lead the resolution of pipeline outages, terminal restrictions, inventory imbalances, quality concerns, carrier delays, and other supply disruptions. 
       Youll coordinate recovery plans with commercial teams, refineries, terminals, carriers, pipeline operators, and other relevant parties. 
       Youll evaluate scheduling decisions against contractual terms, regulatory requirements, operating procedures, and internal control expectations. 
       Youll serve as an escalation point for junior and associate schedulers on complex operational or commercial issues. 
       Youll provide technical coaching, job guidance, and practical training to less-experienced scheduling personnel. 
       Youll review scheduling work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with established procedures. 
       Youll help develop or refine scheduling playbooks, desk procedures, escalation protocols, handoff requirements, and coverage models. 
       Youll identify opportunities to improve transportation utilization, inventory efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and supply reliability. 
       Youll analyze recurring operational issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions. 
       Youll support business continuity planning, cross-training, and knowledge transfer across scheduling desks. 
       Youll partner with process, technology, and operational teams on future workflow improvements, automation, digital tools, and process simplification.  
     
    Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
     
    Expected duration: 12 months, with potential extension to 18 months.

    With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
