THE WORK:
  • Youll review engineering deliverables for constructability, sequencing, and installation feasibility. 
  • Youll identify potential construction risks, conflicts, and inefficiencies in design. 
  • Youll provide recommendations to improve field execution, safety, and productivity. 
  • Youll support alignment between engineering design and construction execution. 
  • Youll advise the Company on construction execution strategies, phasing, and sequencing. 
  • Youll evaluate EPC supplier construction plans and methodologies for completeness, practicality, and alignment with project schedule and constraints. 
  • Youll provide insight into site logistics, work packaging, and field productivity. 
  • Youll identify early warning indicators of execution risk or inefficiencies. 
  • Youll support review of EPC supplier construction-related submittals, including work plans, installation procedures, and temporary works. 
  • Youll assess submittals for constructability, completeness, clarity, and alignment with contract documents. 
  • Youll provide recommendations to the Company for acceptance, comments, or rejection. 
  • Youll support the Company in reviewing and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs). 
  • Youll evaluate RFIs for technical completeness, constructability implications, and potential cost and schedule impacts. 
  • Youll assist in formulating clear, coordinated Company responses. 
  • Youll observe construction activities to validate alignment with approved plans and submittals. 
  • Youll identify execution issues or deviations and provide advisory input on work sequencing, trade coordination, and productivity trends. 
  • Youll coordinate with PMO project controls to align field observations with performance metrics. 
  • Youll identify construction-related risks and contribute to the project risk register. 
  • Youll support development and tracking of mitigation actions. 
  • Youll provide advisory input on cost and schedule exposure related to field execution. 
  • Youll collaborate with project controls, contract management, and document control functions. 
  • Youll ensure construction insights are integrated into risk register updates, progress reports, and governance reporting. 
  • Youll maintain a collaborative, non-intrusive working relationship with the EPC supplier. 
  • Youll support evaluation of construction completion and system readiness for commissioning. 
  • Youll identify deficiencies impacting mechanical completion and system turnover. 
  • Youll provide advisory support during punch list development and project closeout activities. 
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
