THE WORK:
    • Youll support project development by establishing cost baselines, creating forecasting models, analyzing accrual versus spend, and contributing to deliverables for stage gate and funding approvals.
    • Youll understand contracting structures (lump sum, fixed prices, T&M, etc.) and commercial agreements.
    • Youll ensure forecast aligns with the project schedule utilizing milestones.
    • Youll identify cost risks and opportunities through the project development life cycle and provide clear insight into contingency allocation.
    • Youll utilize COGNOS, POWER BI, Maximo, and Power Plan to perform monthly forensic cost analyses, interpret the output and develop presentations from the data set (where applicable).
    • Youll demonstrate very good documentation, technical writing, and organization skills to effectively control documents availability and readiness for ROD requirements, prudency review, deposition hearings, filing for PSC Change Order Process and or other legal requirements.
    • You'll display a solid understanding of Document Management Skills.
    • Youll demonstrate commitment for safety through active participation in safety meetings, safety inspections and field observations where applicable.
