THE WORK:
  • Youll act as the Owners representative in all aspects of project delivery.  
  • Youll provide executivelevel oversight of construction activities, staff, and consultants.  
  • Youll serve as a primary advisor to Client executive leadership, supporting strategic decisions and issue resolution.  
  • Youll lead and direct Resident Engineers, inspectors, project controls personnel, and support staff.  
  • Youll maintain full accountability for projectwide safety performance.  
  • Youll ensure protection of Client employees, State personnel, contractor staff, and the traveling public at all times.  
  • Youll drive a proactive safety culture targeting zero losttime incidents.  
  • Youll oversee contractor safety programs, audits, and incidentresponse protocols.  
  • Youll lead all aspects of construction execution from mobilization through closeout.  
  • Youll ensure alignment with project scope, contractual requirements, and Client objectives.  
  • Youll monitor and manage schedule and budget performance, reporting directly to executive leadership.
  • Youll identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.  
  • Youll oversee coordination across engineering, construction, and operational interfaces.
  • Youll provide seniorlevel oversight of contract administration, claims, and change management.
  • Youll lead negotiation and resolution of complex change orders and contractor claims.  
  • Youll ensure strict conformance with all Client contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Youll advise Client leadership on contractual risks and commercial strategies.  
  • Youll oversee and integrate all project functions, including engineering/design coordination, construction management, QA/QC, materials testing, environmental compliance (CEQA/NEPA), thirdparty coordination, and community outreach. 
  • Youll lead constructability reviews and provide strategic input on design packages. 
  • Youll provide executive oversight of CPM scheduling, phasing, and sequencing strategies.  
  • Youll validate cost controls, forecasts, and contingency management.  
  • Youll direct recovery planning and scheduleacceleration strategies when required.
  • Youll represent the Client in public forums, community meetings, and interagency coordination.  
  • Youll maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and key stakeholders.  
  • Youll coordinate with transit operations to minimize disruptions to service.  
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$180,000 - $210,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
