THE WORK:

Youll serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Youll drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall growth.

Youll lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.

Youll identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Infrastructure & Capital Projects service offering.

Youll oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting to ensure profitability.

Youll lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.

Youll deliver value engineering and cost saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.

Youll manage and develop a high performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.

Youll lead internal QA and QC reviews, post project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.

Youll champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.

Youll represent Accenture at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the companys brand reputation and leadership.
- Hybrid Work: This role is primarily remote. Travel to client offices, project sites, and Accenture locations will be required only as needed to support client relationships, project delivery, team leadership, and business development.
$180,000 - $190,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
