Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications.

  • You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

  • Master proficiency in Spring Boot is required. Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design & Solutions, and Software Engineering is suggested.

  • Drive the design and implementation of software components that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and tools.

  • Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and technical excellence within the team.
