Our people have a combination of scientific and laboratory informatics expertise, tied with strategic and business consulting experience, and industry platforms knowledge. We leverage digital technologies such as GenAI and Agentic SI solutions, automation, Internet of Things, analytics, and cloud, in combination with a fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience to help our clients better capture, manage, integrate, and analyze complex scientific data. What would you do?

Deliver exceptional, differentiated strategies, roadmaps, value cases, and highly valued projects for our clients that advance their ambitions for digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence. As a Consultant, you can expect to:

• Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques as you work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience
• Help shape clients transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a to-be enterprise environment
• Reimagine, plan and execute on how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape
• Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases
• Provide point-of-view on laboratory and scientific informatics solutions and strengths and weaknesses of various technology solutions.
• Advise on data and system architectures as they relate to industry solutions for the laboratory
• Create digital laboratory thought leadership for clients across Life Sciences.
• Collaborate with client leaders to gain alignment on recommended solutions.
• Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as Agentic Lab Capabilities, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud
• Help clients better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
• Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations
