The Work:
- Help set and lead the strategic direction for a category at Target
- Deliver merchandising and assortment planning recommendations through deep category analysis
- Research category and industry trends to understand white space and growth areas
- Provide timely and accurate data through multiple sources that includes fact based actionable insights to drive category sales and demonstrate thought leadership
- Develop and maintain routine reporting on category performance through Target and Market data
- Build Planograms using the Blue Yonder Space Planning software multiple times a year
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Target team Collaborate and share findings with the Category Management Team
