Full Job Description
- Youll lead the Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) Americas Financial Systems team, owning the strategy, performance, and governance of all ERP platforms, including Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems.
- Youll ensure the effective management, integration, and optimization of financial systems to enhance performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
- Youll serve as the primary point of contact for ERP support, vendor coordination, and strategic partnerships, including direct engagement with Deltek.
- Youll define and execute the financial systems roadmap, balancing functional needs, technical innovation, compliance obligations, and business growth priorities.
- Youll maintain the architecture, configuration, and stability of Deltek Vantagepoint and its integrations with systems such as human capital management, applicant tracking, treasury, and payroll ecosystems.
- Youll lead the safe, responsible, and compliant use of artificial intelligence (AI) within the ERP environment and for data extracted from financial systems.
- Youll oversee advanced system configurations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring adherence to security protocols and access controls.
- Youll direct the implementation of new software solutions, deploy and enhance ERP modules, and lead development initiatives across the financial systems landscape.
