What You’ll Do

• Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
• Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
• Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.

• Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Passion for recruiting and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
