    • Attending networking events, lectures, conferences, careers fairs and meet-ups to build out our candidate pipeline and relationships

    • Driving external and internal referrals through new joiner catch-ups and staff engagement

  • Building relationships with potential candidates, feeding appropriate prospects into the TA Specialists’ candidate stream:

    • Understanding prospect’s ambitions, motivations and career options in order to sell our opportunity during the process, whilst identifying potential issues or roadblocks

    • Feeding information into the interview process to inform the TA Specialists’ closing strategy

    • Assisting candidates with preparation for the interview process

  • Identifying and evaluating new sourcing platforms, tooling and opportunities to automate where possible

  • Assisting with administrative duties, including the CV Review, as required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A people person keen to work as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and an adaptable and flexible attitude

Why should you apply?

  • Lunch provided (via Just Eat for Business) and dedicated barista bar

  • 30 days’ annual leave

  • 9% company pension contributions

  • Informal dress code and excellent work/life balance

  • Comprehensive healthcare and life assurance

  • Cycle-to-work scheme

  • Monthly company events
