As a Technology, Data and Product Sourcer – Senior Associate in the Glasgow Technology Hub, you will design and execute sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for our technology teams. Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage pipelines for targeted technology profiles using campaign-based sourcing strategies.
  • Design and execute sourcing campaigns to attract qualified candidates for cohort hiring initiatives across the UK.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize recruitment funnel metrics, including contacts, response rates, phone screens, submissions, interviews, offers, and conversion rates by location and skill set.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis to identify talent pools, industry trends, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Develop and refine personalized messaging strategies based on market dynamics, candidate preferences, and business needs.
  • Prepare and present sourcing reports, market insights, and recommendations to recruiting leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to support logistics for recruiting activities and events, including scheduling, planning, and attendance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate updates in internal systems and ensure effective tracking of cohort progress.
  • Leverage AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing automation to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for cohort sourcing operations.
  • Assist with job postings on digital platforms and job boards.
