About the role:
As Senior Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team of Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering experts and internal consultants. Youll provide senior advisory and implementation services for our all business division leaders, supporting the SEB AI transformation. Your main goal is to help our clients to succeed in their initiatives, whether on the planning or execution stage, as a banking data & AI expert. Ensure technical transformation is aligned with business goals and processes, and follows the architecture blueprints defined by leveraging your problem and issue solving, analysis, and functional expertise.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Proven leadership experience managing Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering teams.

Deep expertise as a banking data & AI expert, driving successful AI transformation initiatives.

Strong background in providing senior advisory and implementation services for complex technical transformations.

Demonstrated ability in problem and issue solving, analysis, and aligning technical solutions with business goals and architecture blueprints.

A client-centric mindset with a strong drive to help our clients succeed in their initiatives.
