Were looking for a Finance Analyst who will take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations, and deliver accurate, timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Youll bring a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or a related field, alongside 35 years relevant experience and a strong grounding in accounting principles (with IFRS and Swiss GAAP knowledge an advantage). Experience in finance, audit or an asset management environment is highly desirable, with exposure to private markets a benefit. Youre collaborative and communicative, confident reviewing and validating financial data, and motivated to support compliance with accounting and tax requirements while contributing to projects and continuous process improvementideally with an interest in efficiency, AI-enabled tools, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and verify the accuracy of accounting and financial data.
- Support compliance with accounting and tax requirements.
- Participate in financial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support efforts to improve efficiency in accounting processes and systems.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. IFRS and Swiss GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
- Previous background in finance, audit or asset management environment is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in private markets is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a willingness to contribute to process improvement.
- Interest towards continuous improvement, efficiency and the use of AI-enabled tools to support better processes and outputs.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion accounting software is an advantage.
