Country: Hong Kong

To support day-to-day operations ensuring that the Bank’s policies, operational guidelines are adhered to by team members, consistent delivery of quality services to clients and optimal utilization of available resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare LC advising/amendments and input in trade system.

  • Process acceptance advice received from issuing bank.

  • Process LC payment, documents discounting and input in relevant systems.

  • Reply and relay enquiry from correspondent banks by SWIFT.

  • Reply phone enquiry from correspondent banks, beneficiaries and customers.

  • Process Shanghai/Beijing and Singapore Branches’ tasks as instructed.

  • Handling scan documents and split documents for mailing/filing.

  • Any other assignments assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in banking (Trade operations with knowledge in Commercial Loan tasks is preferable.)

  • Exposure in SWIFT Alliance, Trade systems and Loan systems.

  • Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URDG758, URC 522 and ISBP

  • Good communication skills

  • Hands on experience in MS Words & Excel

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
