Role Description

  • The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.
  • Candidate needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs.
  • Candidate should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.
  • Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in their absence and share best practices with the team.

Your key responsibilities

  • Monitoring of the daily system reports to determine the list of eligible customers for which CKYC needs to be processed.

  • Managing the team of CWR staff responsible for preparing of the client static data along with the related cropped KYC images.

  • Perform quality checks on the client static data along with the KYC images retrieved from the source system and convert the same into the format as prescribed by CERSAI.

  • Ensure that the KYC data is uploaded into the CERSAI portal as per the timelines prescribed by the regulators.

  • Ensuring that all the KYC records are uploaded successfully and all rejected records are checked for reject reason and re-uploaded till all errors are eliminated.

  • Ensure that the uploaded KYC data is reflecting correctly in the CERSAI MIS dashboard and updation of the CKYC number in system for future reference.

  • Initiating of E-mail / SMS to clients in a timely manner intimating them about the CKYC update performed by the bank.

  • Co-ordinate with the CERSAI helpdesk to ensure day to day operational issues are resolved in a reasonable time.

  • Perform UAT on the CERSAI portal as and when changes are introduced from time to time in the CKYC process.

  • Handling of internal and external audit queries pertaining to CKYC process and providing of the required evidences as required.

  • Reporting of CKYC related information to senior management/regulators as mandated in an accurate and timely manner.

Your skills and experience

  • Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
  • At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in client on-boarding / Static data amendments in any Private Banking
  • Hands on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines
