You & your future

During this Internship, you will work on your career at Rabobank by researching how to increase engagement among young customers (1825) and translating insights into concrete design solutions. You explore the impact of Generative AI within design processes and develop concepts that make banking more relevant and engaging.

Examples of projects/tasks

• Research what young customers value in digital banking experiences
• Design and validate concepts to increase engagement in the Rabo App
• Explore how Generative AI can support research, ideation and validation processes
• Develop a clear vision in the field of digital customer interaction
• Promote Human Centred Design within development processes at Rabobank

You & your job

As User Experience Design Intern, you know the secrets of translating customer insights into intuitive and valuable digital solutions. You contribute to increasing the Rabo App engagement among young customers by combining research, design and experimentation with Generative AI.

You work closely with a team of designers and actively participate in research, ideation and validation. You present your work to stakeholders and collaborate in workshops to refine and improve concepts.

Your working environment

You will join Chapter Design, Rabobanks in-house design department with over 100 designers. You work in a team focused on daily banking, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key.

The team works hybrid (12 days per week in the office) and values learning by working together on-site.

You & your talent

• A bachelor or masters study in Interaction Design, CMD, Product Design or a similar field
• Experience with design tools such as Figma
• Affinity with AI tools and their application in design processes
• You feel comfortable presenting your ideas and working with stakeholders
• Proactive and enjoy interacting with different people
• You are not intimidated to speak up and contribute your ideas
• You enjoy working together and stimulate collaboration
• You are focused on the solution when tackling complex problems
• Focus on the customer and their needs
• Enrolled within a Dutch study
• Based in the Netherlands
