Please note that this is a temporary one-year contract position.
You will:
- Support the design of digital products from early ideas to polished experiences
- Create wireframes and simple prototypes in Figma to explore and communicate concepts
- Assist in gathering user insights through feedback, research, and testing
- Iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and team input
- Contribute to high-fidelity UI designs aligned with our brand guidelines
- Help maintain design consistency by following and applying the design system/brand book
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Support the creation of user flows, dashboards, and user-facing communications (e.g. emails, in-app content)
- Assist with visual design tasks such as banners, icons, and other UI assets
- Learn and grow through hands-on mentorship, gradually taking on more ownership in projects
About you:
You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn about UX/UI design
You have a genuine interest in design and user experience (through studies, personal projects, or early work experience)
You have basic knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
You are proactive and open to feedback, with a willingness to improve your skills
You enjoy problem-solving and thinking from a users perspective
You are detail-oriented and care about creating clear, intuitive designs
You are comfortable collaborating with others and communicating your ideas
Nice to have:
Experience with visual design (e.g. website design, application design, graphic design)
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or similar
Interest in motion design or basic animation
Exposure to UX methods such as user research, testing, or prototyping
