Job Description


POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the team Emerging Markets Energy Transiton, within Mirova, who is looking for Intern Portfolio Analyst Energy Transition Emerging Markets , for an internship of 6 months from'August 2026.

 
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:


Pre-investment and fund management (25%)

  • Support the preparation of committees (Advisory, Clearance, Investment) and investor meetings, in liaison with the EMET Portfolio Management and Investor Relations Director.
  • Contribute to updates of fund documentation (amendments, waivers...) and the preparation of data for modeling and fundraising.
  • Support Deal Teams during disbursements and perform a first level of data review.


Portfolio reporting and audits (50%)

  • Lead the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports (investors, regulators, internal) and collect missing data from the deal teams.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and update of portfolio data, and contribute to process improvement (automation, efficiency).
  • Collaborate with the Operations team during fund audits and provide the trackrecord data necessary for fundraising.


Loan tracking and classification (25%)

  • Ensure the complete and timely collection of data from participations.
  • Assist the Portfolio Manager in validating information and updating internal systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for quarterly Valuation Committees.
