You join the Asset Services Management team as part of the Expertise team, which consists of 3 employees for one Six-month internship from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

• Real Estate Appraisals Campaign (quarterly / half-yearly frequency depending on the managed companies): 
  • Gathering information; 
  • Organization of meetings; 
  • Analysis of expertise value projects;
  • Active participation in expert meetings with external real estate experts and asset managers (and fund managers), with the drafting of a report; 
  • Monitoring and validation of values and drafting valuation notes.
• Asset Management Activity Reporting: monitoring of key indicators.

You receive an internship allowance based on your training and level of education, also a reimbursement of 60% of your transport ticket, one day of authorized absence paid for each month worked and access to the companys restaurant.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control or Real Estate or Audit.

You are rigorous;

You like working in a cross-functional position;

You are recognized by your strong appetite for real estate;

You have good writing skills;

You have excellent interpersonal skills;

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
