Job Description

You join the Talents and Skill team, which is looking for a DEI Project Officer for a alternation ofone year from September 2026. 

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Support internal associations working on issues of inclusion at work;
• Organizes internal events;
• Animate the members of the networks;
• Produce digital or editorial content/information media.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the Bac+4/5 level, you prepare a degree (university, business school), with a specialization in Communication and/or Events.

You master the Office Pack (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and you are motivated to deploy DEI actions within a committed organization.
You are autonomous, organized and endowed with excellent writing skills.
You demonstrate an asserted initiative, strength of proposal and political sense.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English (regular interactions with international platforms).
