Job Description

You are joining our Green & Sustainable Hub (GSH) team within the Large Client Bank, which is looking for an intern to join its business management for a duration of 1 year from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

• Production of analyses and strategic reports around the green objectives and sustainable finance of Natixis CIB.

- Performance reports for the management of GSH activities (weekly/monthly);

- Reports for external and financial communications (quarterly and annual), extraction of reports from information systems;

- Industrialization using or creating simple tools: Excel, Power BI, VBA macro or python, AI

• Analyze customer data and define commercial action plans: results management, ESG Data, Evolution of the GWF color rating evolution, ESR strategy in relation with the Green Weighting Factor team and data providers; 
• Implementation of procedures and quality control: monitor and ensure the quality of data/information systems/dedicated tools and maintain GSH tools and processes;
• Accompany the team in change management and training preparation: keep process documentation up to date and review process effectiveness as needed, prepare audit engagements and formalize process documentation, support for cross-cutting initiatives.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the Bac+5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in management/audit or project management.
You show a pronounced taste for investigation, to make the numbers and data speak
You are very involved and motivated by environmental topics and sustainable finance.
Your ability to listen, your great rigor and curiosity, as well as your taste for technical solutions, will constitute key skills to allow you to quickly increase in competence within the business management team of the Green & Sustainable Hub.
