POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining the team of Fund Management Funds, SA & CD, within the Funds and Mandates Directorate, who is looking for Intern Analyst Real State Investment Fund, for an internship of 6 months from July 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the definition and implementation of real estate strategies with clients.
• Prepare investor meetings (committees, AG, advisory boards, meetings, property tours) via summary analyses and data monitoring (key figures, strategic messages and analyses, forecasting).
• Contribute to objective letters and summary reports for clients.
• Collaborate with the Investment department for monitoring acquisitions (business plan, due diligence).
• Collaborate with Asset Management for the disposal strategy and operational implementation on assets (marketing, works, treasury).
• Carry out analyses and performance reports for the Funds and Mandates with Asset Management (strategy monitoring, work campaigns, marketing of vacant lots).
• Participate in responses to calls for tenders.
• Produce business plans and documents for the launch of new funds/mandates.
• Write sales presentations ("pitches").
• Assist the managers in investor due diligence (Q&A, proofreading of legal documentation).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance and/or Real Estate.

You have excellent writing skills;

You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package (in particular, Excel and its advanced functions, as well as PowerPoint);

You demonstrate autonomy, adaptability and proactivity;

You have good interpersonal skills;

You possess a great capacity for analysis and synthesis;

You have a keen sense of financial analysis and modeling;

You have a significant capacity for work (notably in "project mode");

You are a team player.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
