You are joining our team, which is looking for one Asset Management Analyst, for an internship 6 months from September 2026.
The objective of Asset Management is to define the valuation strategy for buildings under management (rental, technical and sales), and to implement this strategy.
You will work within the Asset Management Offices division, and in collaboration with all of AEWs teams: Fund Management, Legal Department, Investment Department, Technical Department.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Prepare the annual business plan (campaign);
- Direct asset management on a few assets;
- Work on operational tasks related to assets delegated by the Asset Managers;
- Work on transversal tasks (specific studies, market analysis, surveys, collection and synthesis of information to guide the strategy of certain assets).
