Apply now- Actively support in the origination and execution of ECM transactions
- Research and analysis of financial statements, general market conditions, industry-specific trends, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held companies
- Assist in the preparation of pitches and execution materials (e.g. kick-off book, internal briefing materials, marketing feedback)
- Availability to start in September 2026
- Excellent academic background, currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme at a top university, ideally with a focus on business, finance, or STEM
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Good command of French preferred
- A demonstrated interest/ experience in ECM or M&A transactions
- Analytical, adaptive team player with strong work ethic, demonstrable leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines under high pressure
- Fundamental understanding of accounting, company valuations, methodologies, and applications is required
