Corporate Access

Passaic Capital, founded in 2013, is a multi-strategy, multi-manager investment group within Millennium Management. As one of Millennium's larger investment groups, Passaic Capital comprises a team of over 60 dedicated professionals. With a strong presence in New York City and a growing global footprint, our team invests in global public equities across various industries. We deploy a scalable investment process that blends fundamental and quantitative strategies that seek to generate consistent, high-quality returns.

Job Description:

Key areas of responsibility

  • Corporate access planning and logistics
  • Broker relations
  • Corporate relations
  • Analytics and budgeting
  • Develop and execute on branding strategy for Passaic Capital to brokers and corporates

A successful hire would be able to:

  • Represent our brand with important external relationships
  • Meet with an investor relations person and sell them on bringing management to our offices (or even a regular post-EPS update call)
  • Effectively advocate on our behalf with brokers
  • Credibly work with our PMs and analysts
  • Help us design and implement an approach to planning and prioritizing corporate access
  • Explain our approach to valuing and paying for corporate access to brokers, and effectively negotiate (at least some) broker agreements

Qualifications:

  • Buyside corporate access experience preferred. Sell side or buy side a must
  • Good academic credentials
  • 4+ years post college but open to much longer too
  • NY based or willing to move to NYC or work from the NYC office
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experience with branding and marketing, a plus
  • Maturity and presence
  • Ability to work with external parties and able to negotiate for our interests/needs
  • Social and relationship oriented

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individuals experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
