Job Description
Corporate Access facilitate interactions with unlisted and listed management teams, industry experts and our institutional investor base. We do this by organizing and offering conferences, corporate marketing roadshows, sector specific investor tours, themed access days, bespoke trips/meetings, and expert events.
We are looking for a Corporate Access Consultant to join the Jefferies Corporate Access efforts in Singapore. This person will be responsible organizing investor-targeted events. This hands-on role will require the successful applicant to take ownership of day-to-day coordination, management, and work closely with research, sales, and trading teams. The role will initially be 12 month direct contract but has potential to convert or extend beyond the initial 12 month due to continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate conferences, corporate marketing roadshows, sector specific investor tours, themed access days, bespoke trips/meetings, and expert events.
- Create marketing materials for Corporate Access events to be distributed to Research Sales and Institutional Investors.
- Ensure accuracy of client meeting logs.
- Establish corporate and investor client relationships.
- Create and manage event budgets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Corporate Access and/or event planning and/or working with a sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Comfortable with ad-hoc or routinely shifting demands, able to function in a fast-paced environment, can adeptly handle ambiguity.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Team-orientated. Demonstrates respect, ability, and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage.
