What role will you play?

You will work closely with the Design Lead and collaborate with product stakeholders, Business Analysts and Engineering teams to help define problem statements and advocate for users. You will refine ideas and designs with customer validation and translate requirements into detailed journey maps as well as collaborating with, and supporting, cross-functional teams in the final solution development to bring new features to market.

What you offer

  • 3-5 years' of experience in UX and UI Design either as an in-house or consulting capacity
  • Proficient in developing high fidelity prototypes in figma using an established Design System
  • Demonstrable experience in working with agile teams in the co-creation and implementation of digital experiences
  • Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team who work in different locations on different timezones
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.
