- 3-5 years' of experience in UX and UI Design either as an in-house or consulting capacity
- Proficient in developing high fidelity prototypes in figma using an established Design System
- Demonstrable experience in working with agile teams in the co-creation and implementation of digital experiences
- Proficiency in documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Conduct remote and in-person UX research and usability testing
- Self-motivated with ability to drive own workflow and work asynchronously with the team who work in different locations on different timezones
- Experience in financial services is advantageous.
